This part of the exhibition offers amazing insights into the workings of Switzerland's Rega airborne rescue service. Learn more about its operations centre, what to do in the event of an emergency, and hear stories about past air rescues. Not surprisingly, a real rescue helicopter is also on display. There's even a downwash simulator, allowing you to experience what it feels like to be close to helicopter as it lands. The exhibition also features examples of other aircraft used for flying in the mountains, such as the Fieseler Storch A-100 and a Lama helicopter.
