While on holiday with her grandfather, little girl Mia accidentally discovers a mysterious astronomical device. Edmund, Mia's eccentric uncle, persuades the girl to use the secret powers of the device to change the seasons of the world. Mia quickly realises the consequences of her plan, but Edmund refuses to give up.
