Sunset Meditation - A journey of tranquillity

Away from the prevailing flood of information, simply lean back and use the planetarium dome to relax - with guided mindfulness exercises, calm music and images from the universe.

How do astronauts deal with stress? For example with meditation - this is a powerful tool for maintaining mental health and resilience. A planetarium provides a dark and quiet space for relaxation and is the perfect place for meditation.

In this guided meditation session, starting at the International Space Station, enjoy a sunset, travelling from the Grand Canyon to the North Pole. Relax under a night sky full of stars and views of the Northern Lights.

Escape the stresses of everyday life with one of the most unusual events in our programme. With our guided meditation, we want to help you focus and calm your mind. Boost your concentration and creativity in a unique relaxation experience.
